Nigerian Visa Information

All attending participants who require a visa are requested to apply for a F4A Business Visa through the Nigeria Immigration Service or the Nigerian diplomatic mission responsible for their country of residence.

Visa validity and timing

The F4A Business Visa has a 90-day validity period from the date of application, of which participants are expected to use 30 days for their visit.

Participants are therefore advised to begin their visa application on or around 1st November 2026, in line with the conference schedule, to ensure that the 30-day period aligns appropriately with their intended stay.

Applicants should prepare the following documents:

• • • A valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
    • Passport data page.
    • Recent passport photograph.
    • Letter of Invitation.
    • Flight itinerary.
    • Evidence of hotel reservation.
    • Any other supporting documents required for the F4A Business Visa application.

1. Visit the official Nigeria Immigration Service visa portal.
2. Create an account and select the F4A Business Visa category.
3. Complete the online application and upload the requested documents.
4. Pay the applicable visa fee.
5. Follow the instructions issued for your visa category and keep a copy of your application confirmation.
6. Monitor your application through the official channel and travel only with the required approval and documents.
